Jonathan, a native of Staten Island, New York, moved to Florida in 1977. In 1983 he met his wife Wendy and together they decided to establish their roots in Ocala. They have been married for more than 40 years and blessed with five children and four grandchildren.
Jonathan loves being outdoors enjoying growing and collecting plants and working in his yard. He and Wendy will arrange weekend trips visiting Botanical Gardens and walks on the beach looking to add seashells to their collection. Jonathan also enjoys walking in the woods, and especially hikes to waterfalls.
An avid fisherman, Jonathan loves getting on the water, whenever his schedule will allow, with family and friends, and is passing on a love of fishing to his grandchildren.
Jonathan also enjoys music singing and strumming his guitar.
Jonathan is active in his Church and has served in leadership positions, he has also been active in Youth Sports where he served on Highlands Youth Baseball Board and also helped coach youth teams for several years. He still loves to play catch and throw a baseball with his sons.
Jonathan entered the Financial service industry full time in 1990 with Mutual of Omaha, after 5 years he started his own firm Comprehensive Financial in Ocala focusing on the needs of Family-Owned Businesses. Jonathan’s expertise spans the implementation and management of Qualified Retirement Plans, tackling Business Continuity Issues, developing Key Executive Retention Programs, and overseeing Group Health, Dental, Disability, and Life Insurance Plans.
With over three decades of experience, Jonathan’s entrepreneurial spirit thrived. Specializing in Employee Benefits, the family-led firm continues to provide comprehensive solutions for businesses in their community.
